9TH INDIAN NATIONAL MEMORY CHAMPIONSHIP-2018

Count Down has begun for the 9th Indian National Memory Championship 2018 to be held on 14th October 2018 at The Hotel Manohar, Old Airport, Begumpet, Hyderabad.

As of today, we have 180 participants registered. We are expecting a total of 200 Memory athletes competing for winning the title, “Indian National Memory Champion 2018” along with a prize fund of Rs 10 Lakhs.

Squadron Leader Jayasimha, President World Memory Sports Council has announced that the participants are to report by 7 am at the venue and after the registration process, the competition would begin by 8 am. The participants would be issued with a T Shirt, a bag, stationery containing a scale, pencil, pen, eraser and a sharpener. Playing cards would be provided for those who want and others can bring their own playing cards and they have to be handed over to the organizing committee at the venue. Those who can memorise a deck of cards in less than 5 minutes are advised to bring their own speed stacks. Speed stacks can be bought online on Amazon or flip cart. Two times Coffee/tea and Lunch will be provided to all the participants. Those who are accompanying the athletes are to make their own arrangements for food.

The competition would be over by 5 pm and the results would be declared and the awards/medals along with prize money would be given by 8 pm.

All the participants can plan to leave the venue by 8 pm. Those who are coming from outstation may stay in the same hotel, The Manohar where the Championship is being held or find a budget hotel in and around Secunderabad Railway Station.

This year the competition is going to be very tough as all are preparing seriously in the Kids, Junior, Adult and Senior Category.

This championship is open to students, teachers, business persons, professionals, parents and anyone who thinks he/she has a good memory and would like to be crowned as the Indian National Memory Champion 2018 and win 10 Lakhs.

Squadron Leader Jayasimha is the India’s leading trainer in Memory and Soft skills. He is the only Indian to hold maximum Guinness Records in the world (13 records). He has 21 years of rich experience in the field of Education, Training and Development in the Indian Air Force. He had won, “Sword of Honour” from President Sri R Venkat Raman for standing first in the Pilots’ Training at Air Force Academy. He had received many Awards / Medals including “Chief of Air Staff Commendation” for his exemplary service in the Indian Air Force. He is also the Graduate of Prestigious “Defence Services Staff College (DSSC)”, Wellington.
